Game of Thrones Season 8 FULL TRAILER

Game of Thrones Season 8 FULL TRAILER

Finally. It’s here.

Just released by HBO is THE FULL TRAILER FOR GAME OF THRONES SEASON 8! How long have we waited?! After over 500 days, Game of Thrones is returning for its final season on April 14, 2019. We’ve watched the trailer some 20+ times now and what else can be said but “Wow” and “April can’t get here fast enough!”

Jon and Dany sittin’ in a tree…

Anyway, let’s review…but first, WARNING: SPOILERS.

The trailer truly delivers and shows a Westeros on the precipice of disaster. All the big names are present: Daenerys, Tyrion, Jon Snow, Cersei, Jaime, Arya…and that’s not all. The places have all been remade or expanded for this season. Winterfell and King’s Landing look truly impressive.

It’s difficult to know where to start. So many events are going to happen this season. Daenerys, her two dragons, along with Jon Snow and the Dothraki army head north to Winterfell. Sansa, Arya, Bran, and Jon are once again reunited for the first time since the first season. In fact, for the first time since the first episode.

Anyway, after everyone agrees to take off their shoes, Sansa hosts them inside the cozy walls of Winterfell so everyone can discuss the ice zombie, dragon, demon army that’s heading south after destroying the wall. Because everyone seems rather concerned about the whole ordeal.

#Cleganebowl2019

There are just so many big events ahead. The biggest battle in TV history, everyone learning Jon Snow is a Targaryan, revealing Bran’s powers, the Night King and the White Walkers, Ice Dragon battles, CLEGANEBOWL (it’s happening!), the fate of the Night’s Watch, Sam using his Valyrian steel, who sits on the Iron Throne, the Valonqar, packs of giant Direwolves…

(Breathes into a paper bag)

It’s all so overwhelming! It was on April 17th, 2011 when Game of Thrones first premiered. Now, 8 years later, we’re down to the final six episodes. It’s the epitome of bittersweet. We’re just a few weeks away.
